We are always very careful to place tradition and quality first. This is why we package our pasta directly at the factory, so each product stays as fresh as if it were just made.
In the summer of 2019, we moved to a new plant in the industrial area of Sassano, a modern, cutting-edge plant based on new technologies with respect for craftsmanship.
Immediate packaging and quick delivery mean that our pasta has become a flagship product not only in Italy, but also abroad. Our I Sapori del Vallo handmade products are proudly exported to Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the United States.
