I Sapori del Vallo is a pasta factory based in Sassano, in the Province of Salerno. Located in the Cilento e Vallo di Diano National Park, we specialize in the handmade production of fresh pasta, packaged and available for private label use for distributors.

Our goal is to bring Cilento pasta to your table, made according to ancient recipes: a special combination of quality and authenticity.
In the summer of 2019, we moved to a new plant in the industrial area of Sassano. This modern, cutting-edge plant uses new technologies while respecting our craftsmanship.
