At the I Sapori del Vallo pasta factory in Sassano, we have recently expanded our product range with a new line of dry egg pasta, rigorously prepared with artisan methods.

To ensure taste and quality, our pasta shapes are prepared with a 100% Italian semolina base. We guarantee 5 shapes and slow drying at low temperatures: maccheronata, paccheri, spaghettoni, pennone, fusilli.
